The Espinosa Rugarcía Foundation (ESRU), was founded in the year 2000 by Amparo Espinosa Rugarcía, from the legacy of her father, Mr. Manuel Espinosa Yglesias; with the purpose of assuring access to quality education to certain sectors of the population that require more favorable educative opportunities.
